The teams that qualified for the super six stage: India,Sri Lanka,Australia, New Zealand, Kenya, Zimabawe. Note there are two teams each from the continents of Asia, Australia & Africa resp.

The teams that have the last alphabet "a" in their names qualified for the semifinals viz: Indi'a', Australi'a', Keny'a' & Sri Lank'a'.

The teams that have alphabets "ia" at the last of their name qualified for the Final i.e Ind"ia" & Austral"ia".

Anyway it's a good one... and why posting so late (or was it posted somewhere else and ripped here?)
 
and what about the 1st test match in this indo-pak series.
i strongly suspect that hundreds of crores exchanged hands and the outcome was decided outside the playing field.
the signs were visible when during and after tendulkar's innings of 94 our batsmen put up a good "ACT" and slowed the run-rate to a crawl.
The "Real" decisions it seems are been made by our "sponsors" Coke, pepsi etc and the mafia lords abroad.

Too much ill-gotten money has ruined the game we love so dearly.
a sad state of affairs indeed.
 
Umm Whenever India loses or potentially loses its fixed. If India has so much money why cant these buggers fix a match to win !!!

it all depends upon the odds during betting i guess.
only the "punters" can answer ur question.

Most of the times odds are against India when playing Against PAK or Aussies and in those cases the Punters stand to gain big time if India wins, yet the Indian Team is accused of throwing the matches. I guess its drilled in ppl heads that all the matches we lose are thrown.

Cant we for once agree that the Opposition played better ckt ?
