hey guys i have reddeemed my citibank credit points for a 690rs gift mate voucher i wanted to buy the phillis sph 2000 headphones reddiff has those head phones is it safe to buy fro them are they reliable any horror stories shoud i be aware of and also one more thing do you guys know anyother indian stores which sells the said head phone for 650 rs?

Rediff.com is reliable, but the sellers that use their portal are not.
There are high chances that your order would run into some sort
of problems. I had issues twice with rediff, and had to even write
to their CEO to get a refund.

as you have got the gift vouchers for free, i guess it is better to go for a branded headphones than anything else.
if it is not the philips originals you get, you can try complaining. buying unbranded items from rediff though highly risky. they will ship the cheapest streetside variant of whatever you buy
