Read the names of these websites in some other forums, seems that they deliver in India as well. I am looking to buy a few Ps3 games from either of these. I don't have any shopping experience with them, so am looking for a feedback from the guys who have knowledge about them.

I ordered FiiO e3 from dealextreme more than a month back iirc, but its still not here, and I don't have any hopes of that either. Since the games would cost me ~5k, I can't afford to take any chances with it. :S

So, what say, should I buy it from them ?
 
I have heard play-asia.com is good source for ps3 games. But you could source the games from local dealers for the same price why would you buy from play-asia ?
 
play asia is a reliable website , my friend naveed and me generally order games from that website .. and they give a discount as well if you plan on taking bulk orders

if u want o go for used games .. Gaming indians and consoul.in are ur shot ..

Don't know about other sites, but Play-Asia.com offers some really great deals and I get the games [if in stock] within 2 weeks. Just check the price of the games in ebay.in or gamingindians.com before buying as sometimes it can be pricier. Play-asia also sends some discount coupons worth 5 or 10$ once in a while with the games. So you can use it with the next purchase.
 
Play-Asia is a very reliable Source, and u can expect the game to be delivered (if) released withing 10-13days (Free Shipping) 5-7 days (Paid Shipping) :)

Also, try to look for Asian Version with English Language of the game...they are lot cheaper than US Version ;)
 
I have had experience with Play Asia. I had ordered a XCM VGA box from them for $60 with the free shipping option. I did not get it even after a month and a half. i got in contact with them, they traced the package to Customs in Delhi. Seems like these customs guy's kept the package for themselves. Customs people in India are usually in the habit of swiping things for themselves when a package is not trackable and if they think the recipient will not be able to cause them trouble.

Anyway, Play-Asia was good enough to give me store credit for $60 because I did not receive the item. I ordered MGS4 with the store credit and this time I gave my office address. I got the package in about 15 days.

Most of these sites are reliable, the problem is the customs people in India who think they can swipe peoples stuff if they think the package is not trackable and if they think the recipient is harmless.

Play Asia is reliable, but use that option only If you cannot find the game on eBay.in or gamingindians for a reasonable price. Also use office address, that ensures delivery of your item.

There are many good games that do not get released in India. For Example I got MGS4 for around 2.2k from Play Asia. The game was selling for 3.6~4k in India at the time. Another Example is Naruto - Ultimate Ninja Storm. Dealers in India who did import this are selling this game ranging from 4.2k to 6.6k and its not even the collectors edition.
 
The very reason I wanted to go for them was because I couldn't find those titles here. - Splinter cell Double Agent + Bourne Conspiracy@ cheap + A Jap RPG.

Thanks Ajay for your feedback, so I have made up my mind. Not going to buy through them. :-|
 
These websites are fine , its the customs department in India which is the culprit , ive ordered a lot of things from DX , they ship within a day or two but it reaches in 3-4 weeks
