SHORT REVIEW: Brainwavz M2 vs Klipsch S4

no they are not too bright. though they are not laidback

also @anubhav S4 have a decent soundstage(very good depth and good width ) for a 4K HP i really doubt M2 are better in soundstage than the S4

Someone who has a M2 and S4 , please stand up , and elaborate this . Under 4k category , this is a tough fight between these two . Many ppl are confused between these two under non-amped 4k options .
 
I can be sure, S4 has better soundstage.( yeah without hearing the M2 ) cause Soundstage is good with s4 wide(al little) and deep , for its price, they fall short on instrument separation , a little.
 
Lets just leave the discussion, for me, the S4 will be better than the M2 because nothing gives that kinda bass+soundstage coupled with that degree of comfort to MY EARS :p If the M2 can be that comfortable then I shall be willing to consider the comparison.
 
IMO the S4 wins over the M2 just in terms of soundstage and maybe comfort which is subjective . Otherwise the M2 has lot better authority in bass + mids and much better treble as well. The bass of S4 at times bleeds into the mids and it just doesn't work for me :P
 
hehe , lets just stop discussing more over this .

Many will still buy the S4 , just cause of a familiar brand name Klipsch :D

Its all a matter of personal preference now .
 
The S4's are growing on me..heard them for abt 5 hours both today and yesterday varying genres of music. The treble now seems a lot better. :S Maybe I didn't have a good fit before? Dunno. Will soon compare b/w M2 and S4.

I have auditioned S4's and felt the same .

I have to bear with the 450 bucks panasonic headphones I have :p
Or wait, Ill take your M2 when it comes for a couple of days :D
 
^^ dont compare a IEM of 4K to a toptier IEM like RE252. NO. ...to add to that re252 have great treble, and s4's treble is its weakness.

look where my TF10 ended when i compared( involuntarily ) them to my AKG k702.
 
Sorry to say but comparing the TF10 to a 702 was utter stupidity. They are worlds apart man . If you really want to compare , compare your Miracle with the 702 :P
 
Well i did say involuntarily, i did not want to compare them. i started out by thinking "OK i will have to sacrifice for the sake of portability". but...

I hope they are much better , UM's soundstage is particularly praised. :ohyeah:
