Monitors Should i Buy A monitor + Extrenal TV tuner or Lcd Tv ?

Keeping a budget 15 k
LCD Tv two option one is LG Model : M227WA ( 21.5 inch ) lot of bad reviews in other forums ..

LCD TV BENQ Model : M227WA ( 22 inch ) has some decent features

or
Benq 24 inch G2412HD + A external Tv tuner card ! ( Monitor is 12 k + TV tuner extra 1 k odd )
LG or Samsung generic monitors with same spec ! ( Roughly same price )
I want to use basically for home use and make best of my budget for using monitor as tv though my main use would for entertainment , any better solution always been appreciated . either to buy a large size TFT monitor and get a external or internal tv tuner card or get a LCD TV ? .

U can, but won't be satisfied, use LCD TV as Monitor. Not Recommended.Buy LCD TV to use it as TV only.

decent 2.1 speakers atleast, minimum Creative A300

get a monitor 12k + gadmei ext tv tuner card 1k n edifier or any such 2.1 speakers n u will b fine

if u purchase a good lcd then for HD quality reception u must need
a good quality. If u compromise in TV tuner then u can't avail the total advantage
of your LCD. so keep also that in your mind and don't purchase any cheap TV quality.
