Should I get the 8 Gb MSPD ?

Hi there guys,

I recently sold my fat PSP with the Original Sony 4 Gb MSPD at a very very good price :D Now I intend to buy a PSP Slim, which am gonna get tomorrow or day after tomorrow :)

I was browsing through Buy Video Games for Consoles and PC - From Japan, Korea and other Regions! - Play-Asia.com and came to know that they are selling 8 Gb Sony MSPDs for $154 US. Now, previously I had bought my 4 Gb one from the local gray markets here for around $110 US and since I got the same exact price when I sold it :P, am thinking of investing the rather $40 US and buying an 8 Gb one altogether, which I think is totally worth it :D Also, free shipping to India makes it all the more awesome.

You guys think I should go ahead with this ?? Will I face any problems using it on my PSP Slim ?

Edit: Just wanna know whether it'll work properly in the slim PSP :)
 
i wd say u r better off purchasing 2 sticks of 4GB each ..

U already mentioned that u gonna get it via play-asia.. God forbids if the 8 Gigger conks off.. u wd be in a soup ..

Secondly .. i think getting 2 sticks of 4GB each generally is cheaper than on 8 Gigger..

But the frst reason is the main one that wd prove as a deciding factor for me .. and yea.. Rupee is 39.90 now against a dollar.. recalculate ur budget :D
 
No. No import duties as long as your stuff is on or below $200 US.

About the other comments, I'll check out what price the 4 Gb is on play asia and will reply here :)
