Should I risk changing Airtel plan?

I am currently on a plan which officially has FUP but in reality FUP doesn't kicks in and I enjoy full speed through-out the month. I don't know whether this relaxation on Airtel's part is because of my area or plan.

I am thinking of switching to new higher speed plan with FUP. But I am afraid FUP may kick-in for real. Should I risk it?
 
FUP does not kick in until 3 months..from then on..u r speeds will get reduced..this has happened to me...so dont risk it and if possible change to Reliance where there is no fup at all..
