Storage Solutions Should I RMA my WD7500AACS

Couple of weeks ago, one find day the system hung while starting. I restarted, checked event logs(system) to find disk error.

I checked WD site to find a note about using Western Digital Win DLG (Data Lifeguard Diagnostics) . It ran for hours and eventually marked those sectors bad.

Yesterday that happened again; the disk error. However this time Win DLG showed a smart error, although extended check repair some of bad sectors.

What should I do? RMA the drive. If yes, I should backup my files, format the drive and RMA it?
 
Well I generated RMA online. Since then I have been trying to call the toll free 1800 11 9393 to schedule pickup - but the phone number is constantly busy (and so is the alternative number)
