Should i switch to Tata Indicom Broadband ? Suggestion needed

hello guys...

Right now i have hotwire connection...but i never get full speed (32 KB/s on 256 Kb/s connection)....also it has highest price as compared to others ( Rs 1350 + 50 = 1400)...

My connection provider also has sify & hathway...but he says sify has shared bandwidth...so he never recommends subscribing to it....with hathway, the problem is that ports are blocked....so torrents don't run...

Only option left with me is to switch to Tata Indicom (don't have Airtel in our college area, here in Delhi)...

Please advice me regarding Tata Indicom speed, customer support....specifically in Delhi

Do they really deliver what they claim.....?

Help appreciated....
 
Dont know about Tata, but you cant go wrong with MTNL.2 Mbps,Night Ulmtd......What more do you want :)
 
Tata having DL\UL ratio of 1:1 but bad side their Ccare not good but you can solve it if you have any field engineer contact .

can't subscribe to mtnl here....i am in my college....nobody has mtnl....one need a land line connection to have mtnl....which is quite impossible in a hostel....

advice guys....don't want to get in problem later....
 
tata rocks for me bigtime i have thge night unlimited the speeds are around 256 dload and 50 upload.. customer care is sucky but the conns workin 29 outa 30 days a month!! so thts pretty cool ...i suggest take the prepaid 2 mbps plan its rocking!!!!
 
I have a Tata 128kbps connection.. I faced a few connectivity problems initially but overall its not too bad. There is no problem of port blocking or such, and the speeds are decent (14-16kBps). Check with people in your area who may be using it, and then go for it.
 
Tata Indicom = Tati Indicamod Broadband.

Since they have taken over my local 7star isp, the downtimes have been the worst. Out of the 2 months, its only 2 weeks that my net has actually 'worked'. Most of the times there was way too much of ping loss, and i had to go through the torture of calling the st00pid call center people, who dint know jack sh1t about what ping loss was. Tata Indicom is teh suck.
