well this is a common problem and i kno many people must hav asked about this. but i think this might be specific here.........i;m in navi mumbai wit ha 256kbps sify conn.....now my torrents hav gone reaaaaaaallllyyy bad to around 1-2kbps.......all my ports are shown on stealth , even 80 ......i hav used Shields Up on GRC.com........ wat can i do ??? i m using bitcomet.....and i use public trackers.....

Congrats!! Infact i get the same speeds on my 64kbps connection too 
So how much do you pay for sify? I get cheated for around Rs250 every month.
