Well I ordered A Nikon coolpix L11 on sifymall on Dec, 6th and the payment was authorised. (By paymate gift vouchers, off course )

Now ever since that evening, I have not even been able to log in to my sifymall account. It now states an invalid ID/Password when I try logging in.
I am not sure if my order stands valid anymore, but I am sure I should have my consumer rights once an order was confirmed (After all it's not my fault if my friends decide to gift their vouchers to me). I talked to the sify customer care and he didnt seem to have a clue, though on quoting the Order number, He did confirm the payment authorisation and said that it would be shipped by monday/tuesday. I am not sure what to do, I just sent an email to customer care with details....could anyone advice me about what I should do in this regard ?
