Use these filters in front of your fans (if the fans are facing outside) and for better on-spot airflow use these in back face.. However if you want you can use them in both the faces strictly restricting the dust getting inside. :bleh:

Sadly yes I think you have to remove the fans to clean I guess :(

Well not fully.. The HDD can get less dust as you will be fitting it on the back face of the 140mm (Mind you need to open the HDD cage to remove the fan). The 140mm will fit the top fans but that won't be any good as these fans are for exhuast and using them in any face will prevent the dust getting outside. Better use these filters in intake positions to prevent the dust's getting inside, use these in intake points.
