sim card registration failed

I have the N70 ME(music edition) phone and its displaying the message "sim card registration failed". I am unable to make or receive calls what to do ?? I tried resetting the phone but no use(tried both *#7370# and *#7780# ).The phone resets but the problem is still there. It all started when i uninstalled a few softwares from my phone incl. guardian and full screen caller. What to do now??
 
The problem is with the SIM and the operator not the phone. But just for proof, try inserting some other SIM in the phone.

Also, switch off the phone for 10 minutes and then switch it back on. (This is what the cust. care will say, and it actually worked for me once.)

If nothing helps, call the cust. care and complain.

+1....Its the SIM's problem
 
Ya you guys are right .It's a problem with the sim card...Tried using another sim card and it worked! So what to do now?? get a new SIM card ??

Nooo, first call up the cust. care or go to the local care center and enquire why this is happening.
BTW, i hope this was an active sim? Prepaid numbers out of validity for more than 3 months are let out for sale again.

HI dude.. Its a sim Probs.. Even i faced the same prob...GO to Urs sim Cusotmer care center.. they will issue u a duplicate SIm..
 
^its a sim problem... either the connection has not been activated or there is a problem with the sim... go to the telecom company outlets and ask them to sort out the issue
