I wholeheartedly apologize to the seller for delaying this review and adding feedback. I got the card and after few initial hiccups in setting things up from my BIOS (asrock X870), it's working flawlessly now. There are some relatively minor issues for me on Cachy OS (linux) but they either could be this particular card or nvidia drivers/linux in general, its tough to pinpoint but nothing dealbreaking. Anyways, quite happy to deal with @Chocpuddingfan. The packaging was appropriate and they were also helpful during the initial setup. Lastly, the single fan of the 4060 was a concern in my non air-conditioned room, so I tried deshrouding the GPU and slapped a 120mm pc case fan onto it. Much to my demise, it didn't help much so I restored its original form but took out some plastic in the fan mold and directly fitted a 140mm intake on top of exposed fins, alongside the single GPU fan and that seems to not let the card go above 80C under full load in a 30C ambient room.

Mods you can kindly close this thread now.

Thanks for the feedback. As a buyer, the experience was smooth and it was good doing business with you. As far as the temps, 80 deg is fine although i only used it with an ambient of 25 degrees so it was around 75 under peak load for me.

It's just that the hotspots were reaching above 100C, I hope with this new semi deshroud workaround and a bit of undervolt I can get more stable temps.
100 is too high. The highest according to tpu is 97°C from Gigabyte Windforce OC.
See if applying a new thermal paste helps.
