Site copier/grabber only forward links

I want to copy a website but copy all its forward links . not to copy any backwards links. Supoose if I wan to copy www.test.com/1/2/3 then it should not copy any content from www.test.com/1/2. It should copy the content of www.test.com/1/2/3 , www.test.com/1/2/3/4 .
Like wise.
