why does this happen? last year it was in delhi only. this time it's in mumbai only.

they keep changing every year i think thts y cuz the last time i was at SKOAR was in 2005 it came back to bombay after 2 yrs

ya delhi's skoar was so-so. Only XBOX 360 was there...no PS3 or any other console.
