Hi people ,
As a night shift worker it becomes really hard for me to grab shuteye with the afternoon sun peeking in from the short curtains we have . so i was thinking of getting a sleep mask . it those small peice of satin cloth with elastic bands that can be worn on the eyes . like a eye patch but for both eyes .

i dont know of any place in mumbai where i can buy one . if anyone knows let me know or if anyone who has extras please donate :(
 
These are given out free on International flights - if you have any friends working in an Airline ask them to get one for you.

I used to have one lying around - I will search and if I find it its YOURS !!! :)

Share, I'd also recommend adding dark screens in your bedroom so it stays dark during the day too :)
 
i had got one long long time back on CATHAY PACIFIC airways ....lost it now ...u get them mostly in flights only.
 
But, wearing those blinders is no joke, it gets pretty hot....you might start sweating!....better is to get thick curtains for the rooms..
 
^^ :huh: It just covers your eyes. How can it make you hot? :S Does your mask have pics of nood ladies on the inside? :P

LOL, too bad that my eyes cannot focus as it too close..:P
 
Who needs this. Just see any Bengali Tv Serials for 15mins.

100% works for me without side effects and tools like this......hahahaha
