Storage Solutions Slim SATA to SATA connector??

I want to replace DVD drive in my laptop with an extra 2.5" Hard drive. The connector type for the DVD drive is Slim-Sata. How do I go about connecting a hard drive to that?

I have been searching and found quite a few such connectors on amazon.in , but i have no idea how well they work or if they work at all and also they are priced at 500/- upwards. WTF. it is just a cable.

cables like that are available on ebay.com for a $1-2 or so

I think cable and caddy are doing the same thing. just that in caddy HDD will be secured firmly in there.
