Hi,

I'm planning to create a steam machine using the SteamOS and creating a console like system that would be connected to my TV.

I have an MSI Radeon RX 6400 Aero ITX which I'm planning to use in it.

Any custom proprietary standards would also work provided it comes with the motherboard to go with it.

Dimension limitation on the face side would be 2ft x 0.5ft, but would prefer them to be as small as possible (no limitations on the depth)

Price limits:
- 10k for just the cabinet if it supports ITX form factor motherboards or any other standard motherboards.
- 25k for barebones kit with non proprietary standards but should come with a motherboard (can increase if CPU is also included)

Haven't decided on CPU yet so willing to accept both AMD and Intel provided they perform good enough for 1080p medium gaming without throttling too much in a restrictive form factor.

Thanks.

Look at Fractal Design Node 202. It is pretty good case but CPU cooler height has to be less than 57mm or 60mm (given in the manual). The case supports only SFX power supplies so that will add to the cost, other than that, it is a fine case.

See if Corsair NR200P fits your requirement.

Thanks mate. It's exactly like something I was looking for.
For CPU cooler, I guess a Noctua L9a should be fine for an Intel 10400. I know that temps are gonna be high but I'm willing to deal with a bit of throttling.

Happy to have helped.
