PC Peripherals smallest cabinet for i7

So my friend wants to buy a i7 processor stictly for image processing( He is a photography hobbiest).

Although money is not an issue-- Space is (small flat and small table).
So he wants the smallest possible cabinet to house the i7, mobo, and SSD, SMPS, etc.

He has a Mac air and couple of laptops but wants to buy a desktop only as of now.

Kindly pour in ur suggestions

Can be anything...he is ok with the smallest of mother boards as he is just interested in putting 16GB RAM, SSD and proccessor.
GPU wouldn't be required for image processing so we can cross this

Well you can fit an i7 into a mini ITX case with a simple gfx card.... This is probably the smallest and most powerful mobo for an i7
