Smartphone with best music quality within 15K

My friend wishes to purchase a smartphone.
Other than using it as a smartphone - it will be used to listening music.
Camera - unimportant
Touchscreen - preferred
Android - preferred :clap:

Budget is 15K max but will be happy if he can find something around 10K.

i use sony MDR 35LP with gal3, and it sounds really good, IMO if u want better quality then u should invest on better earphones,

standalone players have higher volume output, which the gal3 lacks a bit,( those who listen in higher volume might be disapointed)!

I think nothing beats Nokia C6-01 in 15k budget segment. Look for this phone first. Other good models are:

1. SE X8

2. Galaxy 3 (display sucks though)

3. Samsung Wave and Wave 723

personally i think you should ask your friend to buy PMP. it would have touch screen, amazing music quality and nice battery backup. i personally own cowon j3 and am happy and content to the core. to enhance the music quality i use brainwavz m2.

Samsung wave will be nice going...

Samsung wave 525 will be also a basic start, as it has 5.1ch through headphone ( only on headphones ), Multi touch capacitive screen, which helps in pinch to zoom in browsing and zooming into photos...

draw back is lower res on a 3.2inch screen and lack of 3g on it..

Plus Point of it is..

Bluetooth 3.0 and Multi Touch and Samsung OWN bada OS. Price tag at Rs7800..
