I never purchased anything from smartshoppers.in as my main source is ebay. Now i found one good deal on this site. I cant find any deal experience on TE. those who have experience about deals please share it. Are they relible like ebay in terms of shipping, online cc transactions.
 
Go ahead... Customer Service is paramount for the ppl at smartshoppers. I have dealt with them and have found them to be very reliable and more cost effective than other online sites including ebay most of the times. You wont regret it!
 
Please go ahead with the order. AFAIK, smartshoppers.in & customer-store/S-mart and a couple of other sellers on eBay are same group of ppl operating out of same chennai address. (All the goods I got had similar packing with S'mart cover and bills :))

I've got 2-3 items from smartshoppers.in and more items from customer-store / the other seller. 100% satisfied with all the orders. All genuine products, great prices, good communication and super-fast shipping.
 
I would also say Go Ahead. I purchased one camera bag from them, I must say they are extremely professional and very communicative(they call after you purchase any item from them). I got the same within a week and in great condition.
 
Ya, they are very good.

I had purchased one digicam from them - absolutely no problem - came with proper bill and properly filled in and stamped warranty card. I also purchased one camera bag from them - it had some manufacturing defect- as soon as I informed them about that along with a picture of the defect they promptly sent me a replacement - no question asked.
 
Thanks for all replies!!!!. Actually i want to order kata DR-467 bag as suggested by D.payne. while browsing through site i found they also provide discount coupan codes like ebay. Is there any one who got such codes
 
hmm, ordered on 8th night (10pm)

got a call on 9th, to confirm order, do usual checks etc. Was told it will be shipped in 2 days.

Shipped on 11th, as promised.

Arrived 13th morning.

Super packing.

What more can i say
