Just a headsup for your deals being posted in the section.

It is very misleading when you specify 'shipping @ actual is applied'. This indicates that shipping charges have been included in the amount specified. Otherwise, please mention 'shipping charges @ Rs. XXX extra' or 'shipping @ actual is applicable'.

This will avoid further confusions.
 
Where is my graphics card!!!!

I bought a MSI 6850 OC Edition graphics card from SMC and would recommend them

There was a little glitch in the deal that the delivery was delayed by one day, though it was due to the couriers and not SMC

They used Blazeflash courier service, which I never heard of before and I even couldn't find the office in my city

So I got very worried(as this was my first deal outside Ebay) and shot off a mail to SMC complaining about why they chose this courier service

But immediately I got back a reply that the issue will be resolved next day

Next day a guy from Blazeflash courier Delhi called me and assured me that the parcel will be delivered to me around 1 on that day, and it arrived at the same time

I will definitely deal with SMC again!!!!
 
I bought pl21from smc(order 1906),it was defective item,i have returned it.But they dont have any policy to make the return delivery airway booking themself like other online stores.Since i sent thru dtdc+ it reached next day,but the strange thing is, i am not geting any response from smc after a couple of phone calls and email followups.Very pathetic service from a highly rated seller on TE!!!!
 
SMC International is a very good online site very responsive very good behavior and if you have any problem with the product or something like that they will help you in every possible way.

i purchased 4 items from SMC

1. 2500k
2. corsair value select 2x4 GB 1333
3. thermal fusion 400
4 hyper 212 +

but hyper 212 + was out of stock so i got a refund and other three items where dispatched when i received the package the cpu was missing, i called SMC they did few investigations and the problem was found the courier company was the fault and SMC International sent me another 2500K within 2 day's after completing the investigation total time taken was about 15 days from the date i placed my order.
so SMC International Rocks and i will buy many more items in future from them. SMC International is the newegg.com of India. YEAH
