SMPS and Monitor cabe suggestions

Hey, I am going to build a low-budget sever for back-up. And i was planing to use the Intel D510M0. Can you suggest an Smps to use.
This is all that is going to be connected :- D510MO
2x 1Gb 800Mhz Ram
2x 500Gb WD Green
Raid card.
So can you please tell me what to use as i am lost.

Also I have a 9600GT and a Samsung monitor. The 9600GT is DVI-D and the Monitor is DVI-I. I am using the monitor with a VGA cable. Can you tell me which DVI cable to use DVI-D or DVI-I?
