A Delhi lawyer has just taken e-commerce giant Snapdeal to court for selling sex accessories because he wants to test the limits of India’s anti-homosexuality law.

Suhaas Joshi, an advocate at India’s Supreme Court, has filed a complaint against Snapdeal.com and Chennai-based Ohmysecret.com for abetting gay sex and for exhibiting obscene products. And a metropolitan magistrate at Delhi’s Tis Hazari court has, in its order dated Feb. 05, asked the police to immediately investigate the matter and submit a report next month.

I feel Indian parliament has been avoiding this issue for a long time now. time to end the archaic law.

So whats the big deal? There are some legitimate indian sites selling such products and they sell these products only...

Hell with this advocate. Wtf he has to do if the end user itself is interested in buying such stuff ?? Guess he himself wasn't happy at all with snapdeal collection and didn't find his size match.

Go and solve ample of rape cases out there where at least you will get sympathy of that girl and her family and you will be a public hero if you really do some heroic stuff in such serious matters.

Well there's been at least 10 good site selling this type of product and nothing has happen to them

Are any of them as large and as popular as snapdeal? This is just an ambitious lawyer trying to make a name for himself by taking on a large and famous company over a silly law.

As stated before... Such useless lawyers/people got no other meaningful business apart from creating some cheap scenes and grabbing attention.
And may be that lawyer dint got vibrator of his choice or size hence he got furious and snapdeal been popular, he thought its an easy target.
