Softmodding a PAL X360??

Can someone help with links on how to softmod an X360 Pro PAL console,coz i need to decide today if i shud buy the original X360 with warranty or the grey market one without warranty.Really confused,pls help.....
 
1st u need to buy kit online. then there various guides depending on your 360 dvdrom (samsung hitachi or benq). diff guides for all 3. so 1st buy a 360 & see what dvdrom u got. then order the stuff online & mod it :)
