Software require for establishing and terminating broadband connection in Win 7

Hello there I'm looking forward to have help on Software for establishing and terminating broadband internet connection in Win 7 as I'm using BSNL's Home combo 500 C plan. I'm already successfully using one software for that purpose in Win XP but it doesn't works in Win 7. So please suggest one for WIN 7.
 
U Dont Need any software to log in/out just click on the network icon in the task bar,it will show u a list of available connections,Click on Ur Broadband and press the connect button.Its Even simpler in windows 7,everything is.

Which software are you using on Win XP?

And you need software for connecting and disconnecting your connection Automatically? am I right?
