Windows Software to control fans

Hi,
I am looking for a software which will let me control the speed of the fans of my system. As it's winter I find the noise rather high. I checked in BIOS and there are two options, PWM and DC. I noticed that I cannot control anything under PWM mode, but I can under DC mode. Any software for windows which will optimise the speed or something?

Fan Control will let you control case, CPU cooler and even GPU fans. You can priorotize noise or temperature using custom curves.

Your mobo might support PWM but your fans aren't PWM, you have DC fans installed, which are controlled by changing the voltage going into them.

This is TOTL fan control we need. Thank god! No need to control fans from BIOS anymore.
