software to monitor internet usage???

Is there any software to monitor the following

1. total bandwidth used by the com.. may be in KBps
2. the bandwidth used by Individual apps?
3. Download/Upload
4. Total available bandwidth and Total used bandwidth....
if not all the 4... is there a software that can do 1,2,3???

BandwidthMeter, BWMeter. It's the best, it's what I use.
