Purchased from a PC reseller in 2023. Have found little use for it last year.

Is this an original Dell product? I recently visited the computer market near my home and I found lots of these Mini PCs which have chargers and bodies which say Dell or HP, but the printing seems off and they really do not have the best fit and finish and the vendor said that he would provide a 1 year warranty and I cannot go to the service center of the company.
