iOS Some apps on iPhone crash when internet available

Couple of apps in my iPhone crash when internet connectivity (wifi or 3G) is available. If I open the same app after turning off wifi/edge/3G then it works but it is useless for me this way.
Any reason why this would happen and any way to fix it ?
It is not any stock app but 3rd party one.

And you have installed it using Appcake or directly via iTunes ?

Appcake and iOS 7.0.4.
This app was working fine and out of no where it started crashing.
Also the thing is I have same app installed twice. I can do that using "Application Duplication" from cydia. One instance of the app works fine and other keeps crashing.

Try new Appsync then try deleting one of the app which is not working then install latest version (latest link on Appcake) of it.
