some command to automatically run when laptop comes in battery mode

i want some commands to run automatically when the power goes and laptop comes in battery mode ..

like killing the sidebar (i have heavy gadgtes on that)..

and automatically run some commands when power comes back ..

what will trigger it ? since windows knows when the power comes and goes ..

You can use Task Scheduler under Windows 7 and as a trigger use Windows Events. Refere Windows Power Events guide on MSDN.

Or as alternative, you can use this software Windows Power Events Monitor | Download Windows Power Events Monitor software for free at SourceForge.net

It's free and you need to modify .bat files to run you commands
