Some more PS3 questions

The PS3 I bought last week is running game (2010 Fifa world cup) fine but am having a two other issues.

1. Unable to play videos via USB drive.

I used a pen drive formatted to FAT32 created "VIDEO" folder on it but when I put it in PS3 and navigate to Videos on the XMB, I see the pen drive name, click right on the D-pad and the loading icon shows up in top right corner..and it remains like that only. When I try to move out, it comes back to videos and hangs, until I pull out the pen drive. Am I doing something wrong? even if the videos are not compatible with PS3, it should show up as "no files found"

2. Blu-ray extras

I bought Pirates of the Caribbean: The curse of the Black Pearl & Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, both have a listed extras, but when I fire up the discs, the main menu shows just 3 options "Play", "Scene Selection" & "Setup"

press the triangle button and then you have to select either 'show all files' or 'information' or something like that.. after selecting and clicking on it, it will show the files and you will be able to play them..
