Someone save me from poor broadband/isp service

So Guys, i'm using fraudband Adsl plan of DL=8mbps/ UL=2mpbs which gives DL =6.7 and UL = 0.7 and after FUP of 40gb gives DL =0.8 AND UL= 0.7 .

I stay in THANE(E) area and would greatly appreciate it if anyone could recommend a stable isp with min speeds of 10 mbps DL & UL .I would prefer if it is symmetrical speeds.Any info would really help.Also the less the price the better lol but ideally somewhere around 700 - 1300.

Inquire with 1&1 Broadband whether they have a presence in Thane East. On the West side they cover a huge area.
