They are just Chinese knock off's, just like any other non-major brands available here: e.g., see the below images, Valencia might be a different model but the first and the last image are exactly the same. one is from L&G's website and the other from AliExpress, Good luck getting any kind of service out of them after a couple of years.

Well, buy one and test it out. From what I've read the Wipro devices are nothing but TuyaSmart devices, and if that is the case for the smart switch module as well, you should be able to flash Tasmota on it and add it to HA quite easily.
