Homemate IR hub is a tuya based IR blaster (BK7231N, CB3S), that can be flashed with OpenBeken (ESPHome recommended since its super easy to control ACs with it and get return status also) via tuya cloudcutter.
Select manufacturer : Tuya Generic > select device : Universal IR blaster CB3S under.
