Sony 40-inch Bravia ZX1 - Did anyone see this coming?

Saw an article in Tech2 mentioning about the release of Sony 40-inch Bravia ZX1.

This model is perhaps was already being sold in UK. Does anyone know of any feedback about this TV and how it compares with the other 40" Sony model. I am also not sure if the HD Wireless reciever will degrade picture quality.

well the ZX1 uses edge light LED just like the samsung LUXIA LED LCD tvs however unlike the luxia which is a 2009 model which uses the newer lcd panel with more contrast and newer image processing,the ZX1 is a last year product with old panel and the old bravia engine 2.
this model was realeased in japan quite a long time back.
so u are better off with the cheaper LUXIA series from samsung.
