Sony Bravia 40BX420 for 37k!!!!

Hi All,
I am looking to buy a FULL HD LCD TV and had zeroed in on
LG LK450 or LG LK 430 (costing 29500 & 31500 in letsbuy , though i am yet to come across a dealer quoting such prices in Bangalore) And today post in ebay caught my eye
Its the Sony Bravia 40BX420 model available for 36990!!

Is this a good buy? Is there something fishy in this? The price difference with the dealer and ebay is almost 15k!! Not sure on what to do. I am from Bangalore. Please give me some pointers to LCD TV shops here offering nice deals. ( looking to buy either LG or Sony and with warranty not from grey market)

Ok. Thanks. Going for the LG Lk430 or Jazz 32 inch model.

Any good shops in Bangalore for the same?

I tried Girias, they quoted 35k , (without any bargaining) and letsbuy the price is 31,400.
 
hey, bro i bought the 40" bx420 via grey market Mumbai for 34k. And got the same dealer's warranty ;)

That's a grey market advertisement.
