My old sanyo rechargeable batteries gone kaput few days back...So i was planning to buy the Sony Cylce Energy batteries.,the AA ones, but i am having a doubt that can i charge those batteries in my normal sanyo charger or do they require some compatible charger ?? :ashamed:

thanks.

Nothing special needed.... You can use any regular Ni-Mh charger...

Make sure you get original Cycle Energy 'coz a lot of them are fakes... Also you can get those Eneloops...

buy the sonys only in sony world or in some reputed seller like prime abgb.since there are plenty of fakes.
the normal sony green cycle energy has a higher capacity good for cameras,R/C stuff etc.the sony Blue cycle energy batteries have a lower capacity but has a higher charge/discharge cycles and can also hold the charge longer, they are sony answer to sanyo eneloop.

Sony Cylce Energy is as good as Sanyo Eneloop. But as others said, there are lot of fakes. But you can safely buy from Prime. Since they are 2000 mah they don't require as much time to charge as 2500 mah ones. The booklet with your charger will specify the time required for batteries with different capacities.
