Sony DCR-DVD610 in daylight

I have a Sony DCR-DVD610.When I try to shoot outdoors, the picture in the LCD is not clear.Images are smudged in white when I see the people in the LCD.. as if I am shooting in direct sunlight or something.Same shows in the TV when I play the dvd. Is there some setting that I have missed?I saw this when I was shooting but I ignored the problem:(

If this is the case then the whole camcorder is waste:@
 
maybe people do not have that model to know about this issue ...give it a while , maybe someother person who owns it may help you out
 
hmm.. ok. I think Customer support is the only way right now.Damned office work just doesn't gimme the time do call up.
