This is the worst experience i had from any service centre
i have been using my nokia for ages and it never had any problems but i purchsed sony ericsson's cell phone looking at the high standards sony sets for itself, now i have serious doubts about the quality of sony ericsson cause the fourth or fifth handset which i got as a replacement also had some connector issues so it was again sent for the replacement and 20 days after the submission and still i am using my old nokia phone
now this is really a frustrating experience for me
the details of my experience are as follows :
2nd sep 2006 : Bought Cell with IMEI *edited*
30th sep 2006 : Went to Sevice Centre at Andheri E (Accel Frontline LTD) mumbai JOB ID MBL-MUMA-53790 which went for replacement
16th oct 2006 : Got replacement IMEI *edited*
17th oct 206 : Returned that Cell as its bluetooth wasnt working and got a cell with IMEI *edited*
20th oct 2006 : The previous cell was returned due to Joy stick problem and was showing signs of rough usage and got another cell which i never accepted as it was clearly a secondhand cell so they gave me a cell with IMEI *edited*
24th oct 2006 : Even this cell had problems (Cannot be detected on a PC) and the JOB no is MBL-MUMA-54605 and 20 days after the submission still havent received the handset
so i called the customer care and according to their information i got the replacement on 11th nov and it has no problems
So it's nearly a one and half a month after the first problem arrised and i dont have a fully working handset with me
this is turning out to be the worst experience of my life and neither explanation nor any kind of support was provided by SE not even a call
i really dont think SE has any quality control deaprtment or a even a customer care
now i feel it's my duty to dissuade all the SE's potential buyers
it was really my mistake to buy a sony ericsson in the first place
