ARM 9 can be OC'ed to 320 without any issues. I presume the P990i has a slightly higher clocked, though I haven't checked. On a positive note much crisper screen than the P910 :D

Arre yaar I could find none. There's only Swiss Manager Pro which will show you the default clock speed. It doesn't show current clocks.

This is why WM is so much better :(
