sony headphone MDR-XD100 vs Sennheiser HD 180

Got a Sony Ericsson xperia neo phone. Really confused as to which headphones to purchase. pros and cons of MDR-XD100 and Sennheier HD180. Which HP over which
 
I have used MDR XD100 for more than 3 years and they are still going strong. I use them for watching movies only. Though i love them the Sound quality is not upto the mark for Music.. For movies it is good enough.

So i won't recommend the Sony. If you wanna buy a sony then get XD200 for a little more but no XD100 for sure.
