Along with its new flagship smartphone Xperia Z1, Sony has launched its accessories in India including SmartWatch 2 , Lens-style cameras QX10 and QX100.
Sony SmartWatch 2 SW2 which was unveiled in June has finally launched in India and is priced at Rs 14990. The third smartwatch from Sony ( after LiveView and SmartWatch MN2 ) comes with 1.6 inch LCD display and is IP57 certified ( splash proof and dust resistant ). It uses Bluetooth 3.0 and NFC for connecting with smartphones and serves as a second display for phones.
SmartWatch SW2 features-
Compared to Samsung Galaxy Gear, the SmartWatch 2 has wider compatibility , it can connect to all Android devices running Android 4.0 or higher.
The SmartWatch 2 will be available in India starting October 2013.
