It will launch in May, Sony announced at their previous event where they launched Xperia Z and ZL.
The price for Indian market hasn't been announced yet though, but expect it to be announced on the higher side compared to other tablet offerings you generally see (apart from the iPad).
The device is priced 85,470 Yen in Japan, that's almost ₹48,000, crazy pricing. But I think it'll be priced around the 40k-ish range when it launches here in India.
