There are no cracks or dents on the phone, the backpanel has sand marks, even though the phone was always used with a case but dust still somehow got inside and i didn't clean it regularly
There are also 2-3 micro scratches on screen but they aren't visible unless you look very closely

The package was delivered to @GuruGulabKhatri today but the package was completely different from what I had shipped. It was shipped using amazon surface and I have the cctv footage of handing over a small light gray box to the delivery partner,it was marked as picked immediately. Now the package delivered to buyer was a medium to large sized brown carton box.
What should our next steps as i am suspecting that the pickup or delivery guy might have replaced the package but they didn't even care to atleast use the box of same dimensions and color.
