How is the MSI P7N SLI Platinum for a motherboard?

I'm getting a deal for MSI P7N SLI Platinum + E7300 + 650TX for 16k. Barely used, think its a sweet deal. The P7N is supposed to be a pretty good overclocker. A Gtx260 core 216 is on its way already, so in case I'd ever want to SLI I'm safe.

Anyone know anything about this board?

MSI -- MICRO-STAR INT'L CO., LTD.

So far
MSI P7N + e7300 + 4gb PiBlack + gtx260 core 216. I think its a killer combination. When I save up a bit, will buy a cpu cooler and good HDDs to go with this.

Does it sound ok? Need to confirm soon, so need help really quick.

if u want good overclock better stay away from nvidia chipset board , they are bad in overclocking and many other issues , very less stable in overclocking . i would prefer getting a P35 over 750i based board .

they overclock , but nothing compared to intel boards , i owned a Asus P5N-E sli , then EVGA 750i SLI FTW , both were ok overclockers but its very hard to get stable overclock on SLI board , also if u get SLI then overclocking processor is even more difficult . 750i chipset cant do more than ~1800 -1900 fsb . a P35 / P45 board will be much better .
i was using a Q9450 on 750i and it never overclock more than 3.6ghz stable , i thought its the chip and sold it , same chip is doing 4ghz on P45 .

Nope, he means nVidia chipsets are not good at overclocking. :P

P35 is a bit outdated dont u think (yeah but still packs a punch though!)? Considering P45 has evolved and is cheap at around 8k odd.

if you need check my siggy its very nice board for its price loads of OC options also :) and price is just 6k ;)
