Soundbar/speaker recommendations under 10k

Bought a new TV, looking for a good quality soundbar/surround sound set under 10k. I'm not knowledgeable about audio stuff so would appreciate you guys' input. I'd prefer a soundbar since it's easier to operate/troubleshoot for the less tech savvy people compared to speakers/DACs/Amp setups but if the audio experience improves significantly I'm open to either

Slightly out of budget and I'm not seeing the coupon. But I'll take a look if nothing else turns up
