Audio Speaker 5.1..<5k

Uses- music, movies, nothing excessively complicated.. as noted i am not an audiophile..

If u can stretch your budget to 6k then go for this FENDA - F6000 . its awesome for movies...

As suggested by kpkini extend your budget and go for Fenda-F6000 if not possible , get a logitech z506
