After alot of searching for some quality sound on tight budget of 2k. I have narrowed down to 2 choices.

The Creative Inspire 2.1 and the Logitech X-230.

Now the thing is I have read that the Eddifier C2 is availible somewhere around this price now my qs is the that whether these speakers are availible in Kolkata and what their exact price is or should I go for the Creative Inspire or the X-230.

Heard the M2600 the other day, got one for a frnd's dad's office rig. sounds okayish, little treble heavy, no bass present, upper mids are fair though for the price you pay.

Put it simply "Strictly VFM", stretch a bit and go for the ATP3, or if you really can't then its a fair VFM buy.
